As PayByPhone expanded beyond parking payments to become an all-in-one driver companion app, vehicle servicing became a natural next step - giving drivers a simple way to manage their car's upkeep and maintenance.

Working directly with garage partners, I co-led the strategy and design of the feature, shaping an experience that worked for both drivers and mechanics alike.

The onboarding flow let users add their vehicle, find local trusted garages, manage bookings and set maintenance reminders in one guided journey. The app adapted to user input, personalising the experience to match each vehicle's specific maintenance needs.

The outcome was a new servicing experience that extended PayByPhone's relevance beyond parking, strengthening its position as an essential part of everyday vehicle ownership.
