Nike by You is an interactive sneaker customisation tool designed for the Dubai flagship store, enabling customers to tailor their sneakers to their personal taste. Built for iPads, the experience empowered customers to adjust colourways, materials, and accessories such as charms, or collaborate with local artists to create one-of-a-kind designs.

As Lead Designer, I drove design and strategy, working closely with developers and the Nike brand team to deliver a tool that stayed true to the Nike identity. The app integrated with the store’s booking systems and leveraged WebGL to bring customisations to life on a 3D sneaker model, ensuring customers could fully visualise their designs before purchase.

The outcome was a seamless in-store experience that merged digital innovation with physical retail, empowering customers to create sneakers that reflected their individuality.
