To gain a competitive edge in the growing market, I collaborated with their engineering team to enhance their products with a smart, connected companion app that gave users complete control over their recovery experience.

As Lead Designer, I oversaw product strategy and design, developing features that integrated seamlessly with the hardware. This included device onboarding, activity tracking, training guides, user guides, firmware updates, and streamlined maintenance systems - ensuring the app amplified the value of the physical ice baths.

The outcome was a first-of-its-kind connected experience, allowing users to set temperatures remotely, monitor performance, and track progress through the app.
